320nm UV Diode-Pumped Solid-State (DPSS) Lasers utilize harmonic generation to create this wavelength. Given a particular laser, with a particular fundamental wavelength, fourth harmonic generation is less efficient and cannot achieve the same energy levels compared to its lower-order harmonic counterparts.
Typical applications for these UV Lasers include Semiconductor Inspection, Wafer Fabrication, Lithography, Raman Spectroscopy, Biomedical/Bioengineering, Disc Mastering, Diffraction Grating Mastering, High Precision Optics, and more.
