1317nm Lasers

What are 1317nm Lasers?

1317nm Lasers, specifically Diode-Pumped Solid-State (DPSS) Lasers, utilize a built-in nonlinear wavelength conversion stage to achieve a shifted fundamental wavelength of Nd:YAG laser material, as opposed to the more traditional 1064nm wavelength.

These high-power, nanosecond, near-infrared (NIR) lasers are available with free-space output and a variety of pulse energies depending on the applications needs. Typical applications for these NIR Lasers include Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy, Time-of-Flight Spectroscopy, 3D Scanning, LIDAR, and more.

Q-SHIFT Series

Q-Shift SeriesThe Quantas-Q-SHIFT series is a family of Q-switched DPSS lasers featuring a built‑in nonlinear wavelength conversion stage, allowing the production of wavelengths that are not accessible with conventional solid-state laser sources, including 1163, 1177, 1300, 1317, 1551 and 1571nm. An optional harmonics generator is also available for for the Q-SHIFT, allowing generation of up to the 4th harmonic for each fundamental wavelength.
